Telephone communication and, correspondingly, dial-up access will not be available for clients with telephone number ranges: 1120000 – 1129999, 1236600 – 1238999, 1240000 – 1249999, 2210000 – 2219999, 1340000 – 1349999, 1350000 – 1359999, 1376000 – 1376999.
